In 1875, five pioneering women gathered with a simple mission: to share and explore their musical passions. Little did they know, they were founding what would become a lasting legacy in the classical music community of Chicago. Today, Musicians Club of Women (MCW) boasts over 250 members and continues to be a vibrant beacon of support and opportunity for female musicians.

This year, we mark our 150th anniversary with a grand gala celebration in the historic and elegant Union League Club of Chicago.

Join Vice President of the club, Nora Williams, and many musicial luminaries for a memorable celebration! Featured performers are Nicole Cabell, soprano, Esme Arias-Kim, violin, and the Merida Trio. Dame Jane Glover will be an honored guest and receive a special award from the club.
